FOREST GREEN ROVERS have secured a two-year shirt sponsorship deal with the Coventry Building Society.

The building society plan to merge with Stroud and Swindon Building Society, who have been long-term supporters of Rovers, and feel shirt sponsorship is the first step in creating a strong partnership.

Colin Franklin, sales and marketing director of Coventry Building Society, commented: "Like the Stroud and Swindon, the Coventry is committed to supporting our local communities.

"We are delighted to have the opportunity to sponsor Forest Green Rovers, a true family football club with strong roots in the community.

"We have signed a two-year deal and look forward to a long and successful relationship with the Rovers.
