KING'S LYNN will not be appealing their demotion from the Blue Square North in the High Court.

Linnets director Michael Chinn had planned to fund legal action against the FA but has now decided to let the matter lie.

A club statement said: "The club wishes to inform supporters that Michael Chinn is not now pursuing his claim for damages against the FA following the club's relegation from Conference North."
