WELCOME to the latest update of Fantasy Non-League 2016/17. Today's update covers the period Sunday 20th November 2016 through to Saturday 26th November 2016.
Well we are fast approaching the end of yet another month as November 2016 draws to a close. I can't believe how fast the season is going. We are now into substitution time and I will be expecting a sudden rise in both e-mail and postal movement in the next few weeks.
So who is in the running for our third Manage of the Month of the season? Leading the way this month is currently Real Ale Madrid who have so far scored 2,081pts this month. They are 37pts ahead of second placed Parbold Carliol and 40pts ahead of third placed City Exiles.
The top ten in the November 2016 Manager of the Month table is covered by just 73pts. So, it could be quite a close finish because we still have the top teams of the month bonuses to be added.
At the bottom where of course there is £50 up for grabs for finishing bottom each month. Sid & Ivy are in bottom spot with just 774pts. They are 79pts adrift of their nearest rival which Compo & Nora. The bottom ten is covered by 159pts so it is not quite as tight as it at the top. Our November 2016 winners will be named in next week's Non-League paper.
Finally, don't forget that any of you can win a Manager of the Month prize even if you are sat in 1,456th place. So, it is worth making those subs. After the subs are made on January 1st 2017 we still have four Manager of the Months to complete the season. So send you substitutions in now!!
