Workshop on 3G Football Turf Pitches

Sports constructions specialists, S&C Slatter have organised a 3G Stadium Pitches Workshop for clubs to take place on 10 March 2016 at Sutton United's Borough Sports Ground.

Aimed in particular at clubs in the upper levels of the Non—League pyramid, the workshop, is being staged in conjunction with the World's leading artificial turf manufacturer, FieldTurf. It will be of interest to those who want to look into the feasibility and process of installing a 3G football turf match pitch or training facility.

The agenda will cover a wide range of topics including 3G Pitch Case Studies, Artificial Turf Technology, the latest FIFA Rules for 3G football turf, Successful Business Plans, Funding Solutions and Pitch Construction and  Maintenance, These subjects will be presented by an acknowledged panel of experts.

Delegates to the Workshop will no doubt be looking forward to hearing the experiences of two clubs which have already made the decision to switch to 3G football turf. Oliver Ash, Co-owner, will be talking about 's pitch which was installed some four years ago, while Paul Doswell, Director and First Team Manager of Sutton United, will discuss how his own club has recently made such a successful transition to 3G football turf.

Obviously part of the reason to hold the Workshop at Sutton United was to give everyone the opportunity to see and evaluate first hand  a 3G football turf pitch which has been widely acknowledged this season as an outstanding example of what can be achieved with the right 3G football turf solution.

Admission is by pre-registration only. You can register by completing the 3G Stadium Pitches Workshop Registration Form at www.sandcslatter.com/3g-workshop  or by calling  S&C Slatter on 01635 34521. They will obviously be pleased to answer any questions you have about the workshop.
