Boston United Youngster Sam Vince On Premier League Hopefuls’ Radars

youngster Sam Vince could be off to the Premier League in the summer with Championship promotion chasers Leicester City and Derby County ready to pounce.

The 17-year-old goalkeeper has also caught the eye of Aston Villa and League One Peterborough.

Vince, who made his first team debut last April, has made 12 appearances for the Skrill North Pilgrims this season.

Championship leaders Leicester and play-off hopefuls Derby are thought to be weighing up a move for the 6ft 1ins stopper, who is out of contract in the summer.

Meanwhile, the Pilgrims have extended their sponsorship deal with Turnbull building and plumbing supplies, who have their logo featured on the back of United's shirts.

They have extended the deal, which also includes Turnbull sponsoring two matches and the club's player of the year award, until the end of next season.

United commercial manager Craig Singleton said: “Turnbulls is a name that has become synonymous with Boston United and we are certainly proud of our long-standing partnership.”
