They include a signed jacket from Kasabian singer Tom Meighan, a signed Jamie Vardy shirt and Kasper Schmeichel gloves as well as signed shirts from Fulham, Derby County, Nottingham Forest, Birmingham City, Port Vale and .

All the items will be available on the auction site eBay from January 11 on the account dave85clarkey2015. If you'd like to support the cancer ward at the Leicester Royal Infirmary, you can donate at https://crowdfunding.justgiving.com/d-clarke

Clarke said: “The year 2015 was a roller coaster ride for me personally. I was diagnosed with leukaemia in September and recieved amazing treatment from the cancer ward at the Leicester Royal Infirmary.

“I would like to raise money for the ward so I can buy them some fitness equipment which will be used by the long term patients who are fighting their own battles with cancer.

“To do this I have asked my friends in to provide signed football shirts. A particularly good guy Tom, the lead singer of Kasabian, has also signed his own personal jacket to auction.

“The various items will be on eBay from 11th January and I hope to raise as much money as possible.”
