CAMBRIDGE UNITED boss Richard Money insists his side won't let up despite being guaranteed a Skrill Premier play-off spot.
Luton Town gave the U's a glimmer of title hope after spurning the chance of securing the Skrill Premier championship on their own terms following a 3-2 defeat to Braintree Town, whilst Cambridge eased past Hyde for their fourth straight win.
The 7-2 drubbing will give the U's confidence as they travel to Kidderminster Harriers tonight, hoping to prolong Luton's wait for a return to the Football League even further – if only for a matter of days.
However, the former Hatters manager's only priority is finishing the season strongly for the play-offs as they head into a busy period of three games in seven days.
“We need to keep up this momentum we've built all they way through the play-offs,” he said
“I made changes at the weekend because key players needed a rest with the schedule we've got coming up, and at times our play was a joy to watch.”
Kiddy arrive off the back of a win themselves – their first in five games – which was very welcome for boss Gary Whild.
“It was a good win on Saturday which keeps the kettle boiling,” he said. “We go into tonight's game with Cambridge looking forward to it.
“To have players like Nathan Blissett coming off the bench gives everybody a lift. There is something there potential-wise.”
Anything less than three points for Cambridge against Kidderminster or even Lincoln City on Good Friday will crown Luton champions before they next kick off against Welling on Saturday.
