HEREFORD UNITED caretaker boss Peter Beadle says the club have to believe they can beat the drop because of the teams they have left to face.
The Bulls have been stricken by off-field troubles this season and were saved of closure last Wednesday after meeting their latest overdue tax payment of £78,000.
However, on the pitch the task of avoiding relegation was made harder following Saturday's defeat to Gateshead and Aldershot's late draw at Macclesfield.
Beadle, though, is remaining confident and feels his team have a great chance to retain their Skrill Premier place based on their remaining fixtures.
“We've played teams who are in great form but our last three games against Tamworth, Alfreton and Aldershot are against sides in not so good form,” he said.
“Recently, we've done well against the top sides and been in the game for long periods but we've not had the quality to get anything.
“There's no secret to what's gone on at the football club this season but the last three games are must wins for us. We have to believe we can win them all”.
The former Newport County manager has been in charge at Edgar Street since March 20, moving up from director of youth football following the departure of Martin Foyle.
Having overseen only one win in his time in charge, it will be all hands to the pump to ensure his second comes on Friday at already relegated Tamworth – with a win at The Lamb Ground all the 41-year-old is focused on.
Beadle added: “Results went reasonably our way on Saturday and our target now is to just win the next game”
