BURY winger Marcus Marshall has returned to Grimsby Town to continue his loan spell with the Mariners.
Marshall initially joined the club in November last year and later had his deal extended until the end of the season.
However, he was recalled by Bury earlier this week as Grimsby's Conference Premier rivals Luton Town had made an offer for his services.
The Hatters failed to agree terms with the former Rotherham man and he has subsequently headed back to Blundell Park to finish the 2012/13 campaign with the title-chasing Mariners.
