Three Sign Up At Sincil Bank

LINCOLN CITY boss Gary Simpson has been a busy man today, signing two new players and handing a permanent deal to a non-contract player.

Arriving at Sincil Bank after being released by Burton Albion is striker Adi Yussuf.

The 20-year-old started out at Leicester City and represented their youth and reserve teams before parting company with them in 2011.

He subsequently joined Burton but was used primarily as a substitute by Brewers boss Nigel Clough, making over 25 appearances for them from the bench.

Yussuf has signed a one-year deal with the Imps, as has fellow new arrival, Jon Nolan.

The midfielder is a product of Premier League club Everton's youth system.

He signed for Stockport County in the summer of 2011 and went on to feature over 60 times in two seasons for the Hatters, including 31 appearances last term.

Lincoln's new signings will link up with Todd Jordan, who has put pen-to-paper on a permanent contract running until the end of the 2013/14 campaign.

Jordan initially joined the Imps on non-contract terms in March following spells with Wednesday and Northern Counties East Division One side .

He went on to score once in 12 games for the Imps and will now remain with them until next summer.
