STUNNED Dover Athletic chairman Jim Parmenter will take further legal advice after the club were fined £40,000, handed a 12-point deduction for next season and had their 2020-21 record expunged for breaking National League rules along with 17 other clubs.
An independent panel, commissioned by the National League, heard the cases this week relating to the non-fulfilment of fixtures and Covid breaches.
