HULLBRIDGE Sports made it back-to-back league wins with goals from George Smith, Ellis Lawson and Harry Honesty sealing victory over Coggeshall Town. The eventual winners got off to the worst possible start when Sam Elwood was given his marching orders just 15 minutes in, before Jason Hallett gave Coggeshall the lead nine minutes later.
Such is Hullbridge’s resilient nature, however, Smith’s penalty and Lawson’s goal turned the game on its head within the same 45th-minute against a shell-shocked Coggeshall.
