UWANDU SECURES WIN AT STOW

WALTHAMSTOW saw their three-game winning streak come to a shuddering halt in a game that was so poor it was lucky to scrape one star for entertainment.
After an almost entirely eventless first half, Redbridge took the lead in the 42nd minute when a completely unmarked Bradley Bennett slotted home from the edge of the area.
The second half saw little improvement, with Redbridge’s defence repelling the rare Walthamstow attacks comfortably, before Samson Uwandu doubled their lead with the most route one of goals.
