Truro City boss John Askey praised his side after their ‘vital’ victory over fellow National League strugglers Morecambe at the Mazuma Stadium.
First-half goals from Shaun Donnellan and Tyler Harvey helped the Tinners to their first away win in 293 days as they survived a second-half comeback from the Shrimps in Jim Bentley’s first home game on his return to the club, with a Chris Popov goal proving to be a mere consolation.
