The YouTuber-turned-musician-turned professional boxer, has become a shareholder in the National League South, joining former Newcastle United, Liverpool and England striker Andy Carroll.

Real name Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji, Arsenal supporter KSI boasts over 17 million subscribers and over four billion views on his main channel.

He is also a main judge on ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent.

In a social media post, the 32-year-old said: “I’m so excited to start this journey. It’s gonna be a rollercoaster for sure, but I hope to bring Dagenham and Redbridge back to the glory days.

“For those of you that are OG fans (Race to Division One), you’ll know that this is a full circle moment for me.

“So join me on this exhilarating adventure and I’ll see you all at Victoria road this Saturday! I’ll be streaming too haha.”

The announcement comes just days after Carroll reaffirmed his commitment to the Daggers by becoming a shareholder of the club.

“This is just the start, I can’t wait for the journey,” he said in a statement. “I am incredibly proud to finally have everything signed and confirmed.

“When I joined the Daggers, I said it was about more than just playing.

“I’m excited to continue the work to restore this club to the Football League where it belongs.”
