SEYMOUR’S IN LATE TO BAG WINNER FOR THE PEACOCKS

TAUNTON Town fought back from going a goal behind to edge victory and record back-to-back home wins with success over Berkhamsted at Wordsworth Drive.
In a tight first half, Freddie Godden was the hero for the home side, with the young shot stopper pushing Jonathan Lacey’s 36th-minute penalty onto a post.
There was nothing he could do four minutes later, though, when the ‘Sted skipper Lacey guided his header past him to open the scoring.
The Peacocks were back on terms, though, courtesy of the second penalty of the game.
