HUNGERFORD earned a convincing victory after a strong, composed display.
Hartpury should have taken an early lead when Billy Osborn found space inside two minutes, but his shot drifted wide.
Nmams Nwachuku punished that miss, arriving at the far post to smash in a Fraser Bell cross.
Hungerford’s pressure grew through Ackeem Stewart, whose long throws troubled Hartpury throughout. In the 24th minute, one caused keeper Seth Locke to punch the ball into his own net. Osborn pulled one back before the break.
