Danny who? AFC Fylde fans have a new young goal hero to cheer as two goals from on-loan Harvey Broad in the space of four second-half minutes were enough to maintain the Coasters’ solid start to the season and condemn Forest Green Rovers to their second league defeat in a week.
The 20-year-old, brought in on a season-long loan from Coventry City as cover for the now departed £600,000 striker Danny Ormerod, fired Fylde in front on 65 minutes and added a second three minutes later.
