Groundhopper Tony Morehead may be retired but he has a full-time job watching football – an incredible 550 times during last season!
It is a total which scarcely seems believable as between July 1 and June 30 there were only 16 days when Tony did not see a game – and seven of them were in June with very few fixtures on the calendar.
The 74-year-old from Sale, Greater Manchester has been a season-ticket holder at Manchester City for more than 50 years, watching them both home and away.
