NEW FC Halifax Town boss John McGrath was given plenty to ponder as the Shaymen were well beaten by League One neighbours Bradford City.
The Bantams flew out of the blocks and were ahead inside two minutes, Tyreik Wright slipping Will Swan through to calmly beat keeper Sam Johnson.
They doubled their lead soon after when Kayden Jackson pounced on a loose back pass, rounding Halifax Johnson and finishing from close range.
