The former Norwich City and Queens Park Rangers centre forward has been appointed the new manager of title-chasing Eastern Counties Division One North outfit Kings Park Rangers.

Cureton has turned out for Colchester United, Bristol Rovers and Reading in the Football League and has coached Arsenal’s academy and managed Bishop’s Stortford, Enfield and Cambridge City.

He parted company from the latter in September and joined Great Cornard-based Kings Park in October.

Claiming his first goal for his new club shortly afterwards, Cureton became the first player to have netted in all of the top ten tiers of English football.
