CLARKE: I BELIEVE IN WOOD DREAMS

JAMES Clarke would love another crack at Wembley despite his cruellest of hat-tricks under the arch – and he reckons Boreham Wood is geared up to get him back there.
The 26-year-old suffered the heartbreak of a third Wembley penalty shootout defeat in as many years when the Wood got pipped to a place in the EFL by Rochdale last weekend.
Clarke headed to Meadow Park in March having been a firm favourite at Solihull Moors, winning hearts and minds and even the nickname ‘The Wirral Cafu’ across more than five years and 200-plus appearances.
