Preece leaps to net Salmon

CHORLEY boss Andy Preece has completed his second signing of the summer by bringing in highly-rated striker Lewis Salmon.
The 24-year old striker joins the Magpies after leaving relegated Alfreton Town, where he made 125 appearances, scoring 32 goals and assisting in 10 more.
Salmon began his career with Altrincham, where loan spells with Trafford and Stalybridge Celtic followed.
His big break then came in July 2021, signing for Premier League side Nottingham Forest.
