RAFFY PEARCE always knew he was likely to have a future in the game – but not even he would ever imagine he’d be in management before his 22nd birthday yesterday.
The Jarvis Brook boss – son of former Premier League winner Ian Pearce – has been at the centre of media coverage recently given he is in charge of a Step 6 side at such a young age.
However, down at the East Sussex club, not too many eyebrows have been raised about the youngster leading their first team.
