■ SECOND-half goals from Jack Johnson and Donny Holdsworth saw Pickering Town defeat Hebburn Town.
The hosts were made to wait until the 51st minute for the opening goal, but when it came, were sent wheeling away in celebration after Johnson met a rebounded effort off the crossbar, before tapping home.
The goal seemed to wake the visitors up, however, and they equalised with 20 minutes left through Gavin Johnson, who had a simple task of converting a driven pass across the face of goal.
With all to play for, Pickering left it until the 83rd...
