■ SHEPSHED began the contest looking for a win to end a run of three consecutive draws, while Rushden looked to build on a 5-3 win over Loughborough.
In the end, the sides couldn’t be separated.
The first half was dominated by the away side, with the best chance coming through Aiden Webster’s chip over Alex Akers which came back off the crossbar. Dynamo came into the game in the second period but couldn’t convert, Tristan Dunkley narrowly heading over Callum Burkey’s corner was the closest the home side came.
