A FREE-KICK 14 minutes into the game was enough to end Lancaster’s two-game losing streak as they maintained their challenge for the title.
Tadcaster proved a lively threat but it was Lancaster who had the clearer chances, particularly in the second half.
And they were awarded a free-kick outside the visitor’s penalty area and Ryan Winder curled a shot over the wall and out of the reach of goalkeeper Chandler Hallwood.
