DEREHAM lost out by the odd goal in seven.
Joe Gatting tapped home his 21st goal of the season and put Dereham in front. On half-time Phoenix did finally find the equaliser when Michael Power turned and netted.
The Kent side then took the lead when Theo Fairweather-Johnson beat home keeper Josh Glover and they increased their lead through the same man shortly after.
But Rhys Logan scored twice to level things up. However, Phoenix got the winner thanks to the lively Christie Pattison.
