A GAMEof few clear chances was won midway through the second half with a piece of quality play by the home side.
The ball was cleared from defence by Leigh to George Seacole who carried it forward and slipped a well-timed pass to an eagerly waiting Michael Hopkin.
He duly ran clear of the defence and hit a right-foot shot from close range which, although he scuffed it a bit, was enough to beat Rovers keeper Andrew Hannah at his near post.
