EIGHT years ago this Easter Saturday, the old Hereford were at home to Leicester City in League One –what a difference eight years have made to both sides.
After a frantic opening, Barnstaple took the lead when Ryan Turner beat Max Harris.
Liam Gregory saw red for the hosts before the interval and only last-ditch clearances by Aaron Harper-Penman preserved the scoreline.
Indeed, it wasn’t until 11 minutes from time that Joel Edwards levelled.
John Edwards then put Hereford ahead two minutes later before Turner scored a second in the 89th minute.
