Hat-trick hero Hearn salvages late point

TWO SIDESwith nothing to play for but pride gave everything in a thrilling encounter to end the season at the Impact.
Liam Hearn opened the scoring for Alfreton on 19 minutes.
Craig Westcarr chipped the ball over the defence, Hearn beat the offside trap, chested the ball down and slotted home.
But former Reds man Brad Gascoigne headed home the equaliser for Nuneaton and an Ash Chambers rocket sent the visitors in ahead at the break.
Hearn doubled his tally with a tap-in from close range to equalise for Russ O’Neills side.
