BRADLEY WOOD can be a leader for Alfreton Town according to boss John McDermott after the National League title winner re-joined his former club from Lincoln City.
Wood was a big part of the Imps’ championship success and their run to the FA Cup quarter-finals.
But in the close season Wood was absent from the Lincoln’s retained list with the club only saying they’d been told by the FA not to comment because of an investigation, understood to be still on-going.
