LINCOLN United took the spoils after a strong attacking display.
The hosts had nine players making full debuts and one of those, George Cater, beat three players and chipped goalwards only for Jake Turner to save by his near post.
Lincoln took the lead against the run of play. Curtis Pond made a splendid near post save but Phil Watt netted the rebound.
Lincoln doubled their lead just before the hour with Matthew Cotton sliding home.
