KING’S LYNN recovered from back-to-back league and cup defeats in the space of a week by beating league leaders Tiverton Town at The Walks.
First half goals from Craig Parker and Ryan Hawkins condemned the Yellows to their second league defeat on their travels this season.
Tiverton were given an early warning of what was to come when Leon Mettam struck the post with a volley.
Visiting goalkeeper Martin Rice kept the visitors in the game during a flurry of Lynn attacks.
