Far and away a better deal

WITH reference to Graham Brock’s letter (Fans’ Forum, September 24), I’d like to inform him that as an avid Farsley Celtic supporter and club officer, we offer both a team sheet and a programme to fans.
We know our market and have found that programme sales are slightly up, at about one in 3.75 of the overall crowd and operate a run to satisfy this ratio, making a small profit. It’s about knowing and understanding what your customer wants.
On the issue of team sheets, in my experience of our league and the NCEL, they have always been available.
