JERALD Aboagye’s early strike was all that was needed for a Hythe Town victory.
Whyteleafe were undone by the softest of goals on ten minutes after keeper Joe Tupper spilled a low cross from Hythe’s Aboagye.
The home side dominated the first half and could have had several more goals, with Tupper redeeming himself with several good saves.
Whyteleafe came out more positively after the break, but a 30-yard strike tipped over by the keeper and several goalmouth scrambles were the closest they came to an equaliser.
