DEFENCES came out on top as Kidlington and eighth-placed AFC Totton played out a goalless draw at Yarnton Road.
Totton’s backline, who hold the best defensive record in the division, were tested early on. Shane Murphy made an important double save from Lewis Gabbidon and Lance Williams for a side with only one home victory this term.
