■CHESHAM’S biggest win for more than 80 years caused little celebration despite their unbeaten run hitting 11. Having been hit by a walkout of players in the week, Merthyr put out a virtual youth team and were duly put to the sword. Matt Bevans opened the scoring with a penalty in the second minute and by 15 minutes Chesham were four goals to the good with Kieran Murphy, Joe Iaciofano and Lewis Toomey scoring.
