FOR 86 minutes two footballing sides cancelled each other out in the first meeting between the teams.
With defences on top, clearcut chances were at a premium. Wimborne’s best opportunity in a scrappy first half was created by inter-play between Luke Burbidge, Jack Lovell and Luke Holmes before Burbidge’s shot flew wide of the far post. Kidlington’s main threat came from Lewis Coyle’s set pieces.
