STRIKER Sam Argent smashed home five goals as ‘Stoke saw off Dunstable Town by six unanswered goals.
With the pitch being classed fit to play on after a morning inspection, both teams started positively, but the match swung in Basingstoke’s favour when they were awarded a penalty in the eighth minute, which Argent narrowly converted.
Despite this set-back, the Blues resumed attacking but were unable to break down a stout Dragons defence.
