QUAKERS’ HARVEY GETS THE DOC’S OK

DARLINGTON’S Harvey Saunders has been given the all-clear by doctors after a knock in the Boxing Day game against Harrogate Town led to breathing difficulties.
The striker was taken to hospital just minutes after leaving the field towards the end of the Quakers’ 3-1 win in National League North.
Saunders was given an injection to ease chest pains but was quick to reassure fans that he has suffered no lasting damage.
