TROUBLE FLARES IN BOXING DAY DERBY

BROMSGROVE Sporting have pledged to ban any troublemakers who were responsible for crowd violence and letting off smoke bombs during Boxing Day’s 3-3 Midland Premier derby clash against tenants Worcester City.
A male Bromsgrove supporter was thrown out of the Victoria Ground for discharging one of three green smoke bombs. His details were reported to police.
Stewards also dealt with a ‘pushing and shoving’ confrontation involving around 20 rival fans after Worcester took the lead.
