GOODBYE MR GODALMING!

GODALMING Town have been in mourning following the death of their club president Bill Kyte at the age of 98.
Retired builder Bill, who had been with the Combined Counties Premier club for 57 years, and president since 1961, died in the Royal Surrey County Hospital in the presence of his three daughters last Sunday.
A minute’s silence for the man known as ‘Mr Godalming Town’ was held before Tuesday’s 2-0 League Cup defeat by Knaphill.
