THE TEN men of Spalding United managed to hold on to a vital three points against Kidsgrove Atheltic, thanks to a goal from Daniel Brookes.
Gary King was sent off for the second time against Kidsgrove this season, after kicking out at Jon Beaumont, but despite this, the away side were able to secure a 1-0 win.
Kidsgrove started the game brightly, with Lee Cropper having a golden chance to give them the lead, but his attempted volley was scuffed wide from close range.
