IN A week where cricket has dominated much of the back pages, Aylesbury gave their own tribute to the departing Alastair Cook by knocking Dunstable Town for six in the Southern League Division One Central. In a 6-1 drubbing, Aylesbury led 4-0 at the break on a day to be forgotten for the Creasey Park men.
Ryan Ware opened the scoring after two minutes with a wonderful curling effort before Lewis Stafford doubled the advantage with a strike that deceived the Blues’ keeper.
