TOWN STILL SENT DOWN

HARLASTON Town have failed in their appeal against relegation back to the Anglian Combination – despite finishing as runners-up in the Thurlow Nunn Eastern Counties Division One North in their debut season at Step 6.
The club had hoped to be playing Premier Division football next season, but despite finishing only a point behind promoted champions Swaffham Town, have been sent down to Step 7 after failing to make necessary improvements at their Wilderness Lane ground.
