FIVEyears ago, Worksop Town found themselves staring extinction in the face.
Having lost in the Northern Premier League (NPL) play-off final to AFC Fylde, benefactor Jason Clark walked away from the club, forcing them to voluntarily drop three steps to the Northern Counties East League (NCEL).
