WHICKHAM manager Robin Falcus admitted that the pressure is on him to succeed after he made Hartlepool United midfielder Conor Newton his latest high-profile signing.
The 27-year-old has spent the last two seasons with Pools and had spells with Football League clubs Rotherham United and Cambridge United after starting his career in the academy system at Newcastle United.
