A GOAL in each half saw Wrexham take the honours over a Telford side who worked them hard but lacked a real cutting edge.
Leighton McIntosh put the visitors ahead on 12 minutes, from one of the few clear chances either side created in the first half. When JJ Hooper’s touch opened up the Bucks defence. McIntosh stayed composed to finish high into the net past Andy Wycherley from 10 yards.
The Bucks responded, and on 58 minutes, Marcus Dinanga was felled by Christan Dibble but the keeper atoned for his error by pushing away Dinanga’s effort.
