GLOVERS CLOSER TO TAKEOVER

YEOVIL Town’s long-awaited takeover is nearing completion after the prospective new owners met with the National League and passed the FA Owners’ and Directors’ test.
The proposed takeover by Errol Pope and Scott Priestnall has been negotiated throughout the summer and is now one step away from being finalised. Now the required share purchase agreement needs to be completed and subsequent formal approval of the change of ownership by the National League.
